Setup
How do I set up my gym on GYMSNA?
Create a free account at gymsna.com/signup (no credit card), complete your gym profile in Settings, add your trainers, build a class template and schedule it on the Calendar, then share your booking link from the Embed Calendar tab. Connect Stripe only when you want to charge. Most gyms finish in under an hour.
Step by step
- Create a free account. Sign up at gymsna.com/signup. No credit card is required, and you can do the whole setup before deciding whether to take payments.
- Complete your gym profile. In Settings → Gym Profile, add your logo, cover image, description, opening hours and social links. Everything here appears on your public booking page exactly as members see it.
- Check your currency and timezone. Your gym has one currency, chosen at sign-up. Class times are shown in your gym's timezone, so set it correctly before you schedule anything.
- Add your trainers. Open the Trainers tab and add your team. You can then assign one or more trainers to any class or recurring series.
- Create a class template. A template stores a class's details once - name, description, duration, class size and credits required - so you can schedule it again and again.
- Schedule your classes. On the Calendar tab, create one-off classes directly, or schedule a template as a recurring series that repeats weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, either forever or for a set number of weeks.
- Set your booking policies. In Settings, choose your cancellation window and your booking cutoff.
- Add any required forms. If you need a waiver or health questionnaire signed before a first booking, build it in the Forms tab and mark it required.
- Share your booking link. The Embed Calendar tab gives you your booking link with a copy button. You do not need a website.
A note on currency
Each gym operates in a single currency, chosen at sign-up. GYMSNA supports GBP, USD and EUR. If you later connect a Stripe account whose default currency is different, the Stripe account's currency wins and your gym is updated to match. Once you have created products or taken payments the currency is locked, and changing it after that needs support - so it is worth getting right at the start.
Want to see it before you build it? Open the
live demo dashboard, a fully populated account you can click around without signing up.
Checking what members will see
Open your own booking link in a browser. That is exactly the member view, including your branding from Gym Profile. It is the fastest way to sanity-check a schedule before you share it.
A sensible first week
| When | Do this |
| Day 1 | Profile, timezone, trainers, and your recurring weekly schedule. Share the booking link with a handful of regulars. |
| Day 2-3 | Connect Stripe, create one membership and one or two credit packs, and add a waiver if you need one. |
| Week 1 | Embed the calendar on your website, turn on the welcome email automation, and check the Overview tab to confirm bookings and revenue are landing. |
Learning the dashboard
Almost every page has a ? help button that opens an interactive tour of that page: calendar, payments setup, memberships, forms, discount codes, the embed tools and the Email Hub each have their own. The sidebar also has a Help & Docs button that opens this documentation.
