What is in the Settings tab?

Settings holds seven sections: Gym Profile, Stripe Integration, TeamUp Integration, Cancellation Policy, Account Settings, API Tokens and Kiosk Settings. Gym Profile drives what members see on your booking page; Cancellation Policy drives what they are allowed to do.

SectionWhat it controls
Gym ProfileLogo, cover image, description, opening hours, social links and your gym timezone. Everything here is public and appears on your booking page.
Stripe IntegrationConnect or manage your Stripe account, and your payout schedule. See connecting Stripe.
TeamUp IntegrationLink a GoTeamUp/TeamUp account so its bookings and revenue feed GYMSNA analytics. See integrations.
Cancellation PolicyThe cancellation window and booking cutoff, with per-class-type overrides.
Account SettingsYour own login and account details.
API TokensIssue and revoke tokens for programmatic access.
Kiosk SettingsConfigure the on-site check-in kiosk.

Gym Profile

This is the section that changes what members see. Your logo, cover image, description, opening hours and social links all render on your booking page. The quickest way to check your work is to open your own booking link in a browser.

Timezone matters more than it looks. Class times are stored and displayed against your gym's timezone. Set it before you build a schedule - changing it later means every existing class shifts.

Cancellation Policy

Two settings define the edges of a booking:

SettingWhat it controls
Cancellation windowHow many hours before a class a member can cancel and automatically get their credit back. Cancel later and the credit is forfeited.
Booking cutoffHow close to the start time bookings stay open.

Both can be overridden per class type, so a 24-hour policy on small-group PT can sit alongside a 2-hour policy on open classes. When you cancel a class, everyone booked in is refunded in full regardless of the window.

Currency

Your gym has exactly one currency - GBP, USD or EUR - chosen at sign-up. If your connected Stripe account has a different default currency, Stripe's wins and your gym is updated to match. Once you have products or purchases the currency locks; changing it after that is a manual support operation.

API tokens

Tokens let you read your gym's data programmatically. Treat them like passwords: issue one per integration, and revoke rather than share. See integrations.

Kiosk

Kiosk mode turns a tablet at your front desk into a self check-in screen for arriving members. Configure it under Kiosk Settings.
