How do I connect Stripe to GYMSNA?

Go to Settings → Stripe Integration and click Connect with Stripe. Stripe’s secure onboarding asks for your business details, bank account, tax ID and identity verification. Set aside 10 to 15 minutes and complete it in one sitting until you are redirected back to GYMSNA. If you already have a Stripe account, log in at stripe.com first and connecting takes a couple of clicks.

What Stripe will ask for

Have these to hand before you start. Stripe's onboarding does not save reliably if you abandon it halfway, so it is worth doing in one sitting.

Why your own Stripe account

GYMSNA uses Stripe Connect, so every gym has its own Stripe account rather than a sub-account of ours. In practice:

When you get paid

Members' payments arrive in your Stripe account the moment they purchase. Stripe then pays out to your bank on the schedule you choose - daily, weekly or monthly. Payout timing is Stripe's, not GYMSNA's.

What it costs

What members can pay with

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

Apple Pay in an embed. Apple Pay needs each site that hosts your embedded calendar to be registered with Stripe as a payment domain. If you add the embed to a new site and Apple Pay does not appear, that registration is the usual cause - email support@gymsna.com with the domain.

Currency

Your connected Stripe account's default currency determines your gym's currency. If it differs from the one you chose at sign-up, the Stripe account wins and your gym is updated to match. Once you have products or purchases, the currency is locked.

After connecting

Head to Memberships and create your first membership or credit pack. Until you have at least one product, members have nothing to buy and no way to earn booking credits.
