The Emails tab is where you design branded emails and automate the messages members receive. It has five parts: Brand kit, Templates, Automations, Approvals and History. Start with the brand kit, then enable one automation.
Set this up once and it applies to every email you send:
A live preview shows exactly how your emails will look. Do this first - it is the difference between emails that look like yours and emails that look like software.
| Type | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Transactional | Booking and cancellation confirmations, sent automatically. These go out whether or not you touch them. |
| Custom | Marketing templates you create: welcome, win-back, reminders and anything else. |
Open any template to edit it in the drag-and-drop builder, then send yourself a test before it goes anywhere near a member.
Enable a recipe and it sends itself when its trigger fires:
Toggle them on and off, or run one manually at any time. The welcome email is the best first automation to switch on.
Before a batch goes out it waits in Approvals for your sign-off. Review who will receive it, then approve to send or cancel to stop it. A red badge on the tab shows how many batches are waiting, so check it whenever you see one.
A log of every campaign sent, with recipient counts and delivery status, so you always know what went out and when. Transactional emails such as booking confirmations are deliberately not logged as campaigns - they are part of the booking flow, not something you sent.
