What can I measure in GYMSNA?

The Overview tab gives you the month at a glance. Revenue and Reports break income down by class, trainer and time with month-over-month comparison, fill rates and retention. Conversion Funnels and Acquisition Analytics answer the harder question of where new members come from and which ones turn into paying regulars.

Overview

CardWhat it shows
Upcoming ClassesThe next four days of scheduled classes with date, time, name, capacity and booked spots. Click any class to manage it.
Confirmed RevenueTotal confirmed revenue this month from membership and package sales - money already processed.
Pending RevenueRevenue initiated but not yet confirmed, including Stripe payments still settling.
ClassesClasses scheduled this month and total bookings, with a chart breakdown.
Class Bookings chartBooking trends across the month, showing which days are busiest.
Read both revenue figures. Judging a recent period on confirmed revenue alone under-reports it, because payments that have not settled yet sit in pending.

Revenue and reports

Conversion Funnels

Pick a starting product and a time window, and the funnel shows what percentage of those members converted to paid, how long it took, and what they bought next. It is presented as a Sankey diagram plus a sortable member list, so you can go from "62% converted" to the actual names who did not.

This is the tool for questions like does the intro offer actually lead anywhere? - which is different from whether it sells.

Acquisition Analytics

Automatically identifies first-time members, tracks who converts to paid, and breaks results down by class type, day of week and trainer. That tells you where new-member momentum is created and where it leaks - for instance a beginner class that fills with first-timers but converts none of them.

A caution about causation

These reports are correlational. A trainer whose classes convert well may be teaching the beginner slot rather than converting better; a Tuesday slump may be a timetable artefact. Use the breakdowns to find questions worth investigating, not to settle them.

Exports and monthly reports

Reports can be drilled into and the underlying member lists exported, and per-trainer reports can be sent out as PDF attachments. See trainers.
