Open the Embed Calendar tab. It has your booking link with a copy button, and an embed snippet for your own website. The embed works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and any site that accepts custom HTML, in a light or dark theme. Bookings and payments happen inside the embed - there is no redirect to a separate checkout site.
Every gym gets its own booking link where members can view your schedule, create an account and book classes. It is in the Embed Calendar tab with a copy button. Share it by email, text, an Instagram bio or anywhere else - you do not need a website at all.
To see exactly what members see, open the link yourself. Your logo, cover image, description, opening hours and social links from Settings → Gym Profile all appear there.

The booking page and the embed are both mobile-first, and there is a native iOS app for members who prefer one. Nothing needs to be installed to book.
