On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Go to your Account tab and find the booking under "My Classes." Tap the booking and select "Cancel." Please note that cancellation policies vary by gym — some may require cancellation at least 12 hours before the class starts.
Membership cancellations are handled by the gym directly. Please contact the gym where you hold a membership, or reach out to us using the form above and we'll help you get in touch with the right people.
Open the Account tab and tap "Edit Profile." From there you can update your name, email, phone number, and profile picture. Changes are saved automatically.
Try these steps: (1) Check your internet connection. (2) Force-quit the app and reopen it. (3) Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. (4) Restart your device. If the problem persists, contact us using the form above.
